Tucked in the small downtown of Mebane, NC you’ll find Solgarden Eclectic Giving with No Bad Books Co., Mebane’s oldest gift-shop, celebrating 26 years and counting. Our cozy, eclectic shop is filled with thoughtfully curated gifts, unique finds, and a carefully curated bookstore. We are a women-owned small business with a deep love for community, creativity and the joy of finding the unexpected. We’re also home to Mebane’s Own Fairy, who brings a little extra magic to the shop with fairy hair.

We believe a shop can be more than a place to buy things. It can be a place to linger, read, create, gather, and connect. We host craft events, book events, and kid-friendly activities, creating opportunities for our community to spend time together. That’s why we’re especially excited to be a Letter Holder for the Sunday Letter Project. In a world that moves at a relentless pace, we love the invitation to take an intentional pause and send a little whimsy out into the world.
