Scorpio Moon Thrift & Media is a thrift shop hidden within a family owned dry cleaners. Together, we wash and press all clothing that comes into the shop to ensure all secondhand clothes get the second chance they deserve. In addition to clothing, we offer a blind date experience with our books, DVDs, and CDs, which is a community favorite. As fast-paced New Yorkers, taking the time to slow down and guess from the limited information given has helped to bond community members with each other and with us. It's been a thrill getting to know everyone through their favorite genres, directors, authors, and musicians. The need to disconnect from a digital realm and reconnect to a physical one is strong in Staten Island. Although we reside in the forgotten borough of NYC, we hope you'll never forget us!
